  • First of all, I want to thank you so much for posting this article. It gives me hope for the future and has given me a clearer picture of what is to come in our foreclosure process. I am so sorry that you had to go thru this but EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON and if part of that reason was to save 1 person from going crazy (me) then I would say it was worth it. We just received our notice of trustee's sale last night and will begin to search for our apartment soon. Thank you one again for your wonderful advice.

  • Hi Cynthia,
I just wanted to write to you and thank you for the personal article you wrote about yourself and the loss of your home to foreclosure. You have no idea how helpful it was to me and how much it meant to have information which I have tried to get for months from my own lender. I too am in your situation and the date of sale on my home in Murrieta is scheduled for September...
